This training has been developed to support the deployment and rollout of GP CPCS in your practice.

• Understand which patients can be referred
• Identify which team members can make referrals
• Understand the GM protocols and escalation process
• Understand when your practice will go live with referrals
• Understand how general practice and community pharmacy will work together
